Those in the service area of Wao Water District without existing water service connection, at least 18 years old, and of good moral character.
(Lahat ng mamamayan na abot ng serbisyo ng Wao Water District at wala pang kasalukuyang linya ng tubig, at may edad na 18 pataas,at isang mabuting mamamayan.)

What Are the Requirements?

1. Fully accomplished application form for Service Connection
2. Barangay Clearance
3. Photocopy of one (1) valid Identification Card
4. For Senior Citizen: Photocopy of Senior Citizen’s I.D.
5. Attended the orientation (scheduled every Tuesday at 9:00 am)
6. Payment: Cash or Check

All customers who wishes for temporary/voluntary disconnection due to a.) unoccupied premises; b.) any valid reason that the service needs to be disconnected. 
(Lahat ng konsumante na gusto mag boluntaryong magpaputol ng linya ng tubig dahil sa: a.) walang nakatira sa lugar; b.) at iba pang mga mabuting dahilan.

For change of Classification

  1. Inspection Report

(scheduled every Tuesday at 9:00 am)

  2.  Payment of the Reconnection Fee
